a) What is the Seventh Commandment of God?
The Seventh Commandment of God is: You shall not steal.
We should respect what belongs to others, fulfill all our agreements and pay all our debts as soon as we can. We should not steal, cheat, keep others’ belongings without their consent, or damage their things.
b) Why should an Altar Server know and live the Seventh Commandment?
An Altar Server should properly care for the things he borrows from others, avoiding any damage or loss. He should also be ready to share or lend his things to others, teaching them if necessary how to care for these things.
He should also strive to study hard and remind his classmates to do the same. In this way they could learn more, get good grades, avoid temptations of cheating, and excel in serving the Church and society.
